In April this year, we shared the story of Ang Dawa Sherpa, a participant of the 6th World Cup of Children from Care Homes, who now works as a high-altitude mountain guide in the Himalayas.

In the grand final, they beat Czechia 2:0!

On Saturday, May 30^th, at the OSiR Bemowo stadium, nearly 400 players from 39 teams - including the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Uzbekistan - played 97 matches, scoring a whopping 449 goals!

We return to the story of Ang Dawa Sherpa – a 24-year-old Nepali and former care home resident, who carried the Hope for Mundial flag to the summit of Lobuche East in the Himalayas.
