The Polish National Team of Children from Care Homes got an incredible opportunity yesterday - they got to attend the UEFA Conference League final in Wrocław live!

Like every year, during the Championship, there will be a unique exhibition match, where young players from care homes will face off against the Championship Ambassadors!

On April 26th from 9:00 am at the OSiR Bemowo stadium, 11 Obrońców Tobruku Street, Warsaw, the 16th Polish Championship of Children from Care Homes in Football will take place!

We can now officially welcome the new Ambassador of the 10th World Cup and the 16th Polish Championship!A 33-time representative of Poland, two-time participant of the European Championships (2020 and 2024), who currently represents Feyenoord Rotterdam, at just 25 years old - JAKUB MODER!!!We believe that Jakub could be an incredible role model for children from care homes all around the world, showing that it's worth believing in our own dreams, and that, when the time comes, it's worth to strive for all these dreams to see them coming through❤️Thank you!!!
