After an intense final, Sternik Szczecin defeated Drużyna Marzeń Jelenia Góra 1:0, and in the match for third place, D.D. Sarnów won against Socjostrikers Łódź 3:1.

The Fair Play Team award went to Tygrysy Olsztyn, who have earned this title for the second year in a row!
