The 1st Croatian International Championship of Children from Care Homes in Football was held on April 15, 2023. The tournament was attended by 10 teams from Slovenia, Slovakia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Czech Republic, Poland, Ukraine and 4 teams from Croatia. After fierce competition, the title of International Champion of Croatia was won by the Polish team, beating Croatia 4:3 in the final. Third place was won by Slovakia, after winning 4:0 against the Czech Republic.
